By drinking a potent mystical elixir, a deranged cultist can tap into his bestial essence and transform into a Warpwolf, a predatory embodiment of the Devourer Wurm. Filled only with an urge to slaughter and feast, the hulking bipedal lupine monster unleashes its rage as its constantly shifting body warps to provide extra muscle, added protection, or regenerative healing.
