Shipping Policy

Here at Firestorm Games we want to offer you the best deals we possibly can. So, for all orders over £30, we provide free shipping worldwide!*

(*Some restrictions apply for heavy items which may exceed the 2kg Airmail limit. See product descriptions)

Depending on the size and weight of your item, this will usually be sent 2nd class by Royal Mail for all UK deliveries and Royal Mail Airmail for overseas deliveries. Please note that there is no tracking facility on Royal Mail Airmail. If you require tracking please select Airsure or Int.Signed For.

 For larger packages within the UK, we may decide to use a courier service depending on the best deal we can get to manage the costs. For larger packages overseas, we may split parcels so they ship under the Airmail 2kg limit. If an item cannot be shipped via airmail we will contact you to advise of the best method of transport but this may incur an extra shipping charge.

For purchases under £30, we charge a standard flat rate of £2.25 within the UK, £5.20 within the EU and £7.00 for rest of world.

As soon as your item has shipped, you will receive an email from us letting you know it is on the way.

When will I get my order?

We strive to ship all of our orders on the same day you placed the order (stock permitting). However, if we have an item that is not held in stock at that particular time, we may have to wait for a delivery from the supplier. This may delay your order by a day or two.

Our webstore does not show actual in stock availability because primarily we are a bricks and mortar store selling to customers face to face. Rather than mislead you telling you items are in stock when they are not, we would rather manage your expectations and give you a lead time of 1-5 working days until dispatch. If you have purchased multiple items, we may part ship some of your items and send the rest soon after rather than keeping hold of all of them if only one is out of stock. If you have pre ordered new releases along with other items, we will hold the whole order until all items are ready for dispatch. If you wish to receive your items in 2 shipments, please order them seperately.

If an item is out of stock with the supplier, then we will amend the listing accordingly and advise you it is unavailable. If you need your order urgently, contact us and we can give you a specific delivery time for your items. Having said that, we do carry a pretty big stock list for a shop so most of the time it won't be a problem!

Import Taxes

If you live outside the UK or the European Union you may be subject to import taxes or customs duty. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any of these charges and we suggest you contact your local customs office to establish what charges you may or may not be liable for. Please don't ask us to doctor the CN22 Customs Declaration sticker on your package...

What if my order does not arrive?

If your order has not arrived within an acceptable time from dispatch, give us a call and we will see if we can help. Usually a call to your local sorting office will solve the problem but if your item has gone missing, then we will endeavour to help track your parcel down. Please note however, we cannot always offer refunds in these situations where we can provide proof of postage.
