Often recruited from the Reclaimed, those who endured generations of suffering under the lash of Chaos while Azyr's doors were closed, they have honed their skills to perfection despite sickness, hunger, and harsh weather.
With their unparalleled scouting abilities, Wildercorps squads detect traps and sappers, aided by legendary bad-tempered Trailhounds with keen senses. They locate rival scouting parties and explore obscure groves and warrens to lie in wait for the perfect ambush.
During battles, these resilient pioneers use their knowledge of the terrain to remain practically invisible to enemies, making it difficult to target them while in cover or beyond 12″. They carefully aim their arbalests at critical targets, seeking vulnerable spots to enhance the impact of their devastating ambushes.
Not content with merely scouting for larger armies, the Wildercorps Hunters form their own Warcry warband. These skilled loners and their slobbering hounds rival other groups with their own formidable pets, such as the Offal Hounds of the Royal Beastflayers or the simian Howlaz tamed by Monsta-Killaz.
